How do I confirm a booking?
Send your preferred dates, group size and service. We confirm availability, price, inclusions and payment terms in writing.
Can my itinerary be customised?
Yes, subject to travel time, opening hours, supplier availability, weather and the agreed price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund conditions will be provided in the written quotation before payment. Airline and hotel supplier rules may differ; please review the confirmed terms before paying.
Is fuel included with the motorbike?
No. Fuel is paid by the guest. Motor upgrade requests must be made at least H-2 and cannot be arranged on arrival.
